Proud To Be A Blogger
Well, I have to say that my weekend is off to a great start! This isn’t a heavy content post for all of those new people who might be coming to the site for the first time.
I just wanted to say that I am really proud of the community of bloggers that I’m a part of. Last night the Bilerico Project held a blogger meetup and it was just delightful. I met so many of the people whose content I read (and link to!) daily and many more. It’s really a spirited, bright, and talented group, and I felt very welcome.
I also met a ton of other great folks, including Mr. David Mixner himself, from whom I got a warm hug, as well as some of the White House interns, who are a jolly bunch.
To all my fellow bloggers, let’s keep this movement going! We’ve got a great team, and I’m proud to call myself one of you!
