Well, I am not intentionally trying to be racist, though that does not mean I am in the clear. Perhaps you could elaborate on your accusation.
This is a parody, obviously, of the performance by General Larry Platt on American Idol. I can’t speak to the composer’s intent, but I personally feel that low-hanging pants, gold fillings, and sideways-turned hats are poor fashion choices and are definitely not exclusive to any racial group (or racial group’s stereotype).

I don’t get it. But I have no idea who “General Larry Platt” is, and you couldn’t pay me to watch American Idol. Do people really watch that show? Why?
Nobody knew who he was until his audition for American Idol. I definitely don’t watch Idol, but his original song, “Pants on the Ground” was an instant viral hit.
hehe…my pants were on the ground while watching this…but only because I took them off after coming home from work. Like a couple of other memes I am glad I have avoided this one in its original form/
